
PURPOSE OF THE VOLUNTEER POSITION
Recreational snowmobiling brings countless visitors to our region and is a significant economic boost to our local hospitality businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE POSITION
Trail guardians patrol the trails and remove hazards and ensure our signs are in place and visible.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Physically fit. Have access to ATV / snowmobile. All trail guardians are covered by WORKERS COMPENSATION and liability insurance.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
ATV/snowmobile.
TRAINING AND TOOLS PROVIDED
All signs and hand tools that may be required are supplied

Eastman Snopals maintains and grooms over 325 km of trails in the Eastern Region. We maintain 5 shelters and have an equipment building in Seven Sisters, MB. We operate 2 PRINOTH groomers and have 2 club snowmobiles used to haul equipment and firewood

Location of Work: Snowmobile trail system between BRIGHTSTONE / Molson / Lee River / Elma and the Whiteshell Oark
Date: Trail guardians go out onto the trail system on ATV before the snow and on snowmobiles during the riding season
